Syinix Swallow Maker Return & Refund Policy

1. Defective or Damaged Units (Full Refund or Replacement)
* If your Swallow Maker arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning as intended, you are eligible for:
    * A full refund, or
    * A free replacement
* You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
* Video or photo evidence may be required
* We cover return shipping for confirmed defects

2. Used but Non-Defective Units (Partial Refund)
* If the Swallow Maker has been used and is fully functional, it cannot be resold for hygiene and safety reasons
* Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to:
    * A restocking & sanitation fee of $50 for the Swallow Maker Pro and 40 for the Swallow Maker Eco
    * Customer will be charged for return shipping
* Refund will be processed after inspection

3. Unused & Sealed Units (Full Refund Minus Shipping)
* Items must be:
    * Unused
    * In original packaging
    * With all accessories intact
* Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
* Original shipping fees are non-refundable

4. Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted if:
* Request is made after 7 days
* Product is damaged due to misuse or improper handling
* Missing parts or excessive wear
